What a bill looks like
A 140-person company with 152 laptops, 60 phones and 18 spare devices in stock has 230 active devices. On Lifecycle that is 230 × $4 = $920 per month, or $9,936 per year billed annually.
What counts as an active device?
Any record with status In stock, Assigned or In repair on the last day of the month. Ordered, Retired and Disposed records are not billed.
What happens during the trial?
The 30-day trial includes all Lifecycle features with no card required. At the end, choose a plan or your workspace is closed and its data deleted within 30 days.
Can we change plans or cancel?
Monthly plans can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time and take effect at the next billing date. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Do IT providers get separate pricing?
Providers managing several companies can combine device counts across workspaces on the Enterprise plan. Email us with the number of clients and devices.
